I have written xml for the decadal experiment - see attachment.  Where a requirement is the same as a CMIP5 requirement I have used the same requirement id.

I suggest that we create a high level directory on the metafor subversion repository for the ensembles stuff.   e.g. /svn/metafor/ensembles
