This is an open ticket, it will be used to let Rupert (and Sylvia) know when we update the experiment xml to keep it consistent with changes that are made to the questionnaire database.

Rupert's xml to OWL translator parses the experiment xml for input into the ESG Curator portal, the xml will need to be parsed again when updates are made.
