ancil bindings can not be saved

Description

The ancil binding pages always give an error saying that only one option should be filled in even if that is the case. Gerry is on the case but I thought I'd better ticket it. Fixing this is important as I can't test bindings and files without it.

This is fixed, although in a somewhat crude fashion. There is an issue in the code where bindings should differentiate between ancil/boundary/initial bindings and handle a component binding to these appropriately. This doesn't happen currently, so in the short term I have hardcoded a non-binding to a component in the event of an initial condotion/ancillary file. I'll keep this ticket open for now and hopefully put in a better fix in time.
