Description

The questionnaire-to-CIM translator has been updated to reflect the (hopefully) final CIM1.5 format. This code currently resides in the ExportAndValidate? branch. The validation rules need to be updated to conform to this new format. This needs to be done before the "Submit to CMIP5" button goes live.
