Remove simulation bindings that have been marked as 'notInUse'

Description

A user now has the option to deselect a simulation binding that has been copied across from the model bindings page. The couplings class has a notInUse boolean attribute that if set to true, we will want to discard this coupling from the CIM simulation/configured model output.

Gerry has added a "not applicable" tick box to the simulation input bindings in the live questionnaire. (#945)
