We need the questionnaire to be able to define the difference between

1) the computer and
2) the actual computer configuration used for a simulation.

In CIM speak 1) is a platform and 2) is a deployment

think: The deployment may be different for different simulations so we need to think about where to ask for this information.
note: Both the questionnaire and the CIM need to be able to handle deployment information #935
