check that each of the questionnaire validation rules works before 1.1 is released

Description

Changes are still being made to the CIM structure and the q2cim mapping tool in order to get to release 1.1. Once these have been completed we need to make sure that all of the validation rules (which contain xpath expressions which in turn rely on the CIM structure) still work correctly.

I've identified several instances where changes to constraints will be required (e.g. those using the gmd CI_ResponsibleParty type).

I'll document these and others on the wiki as they are updated.
