copy conformances from one simulation to another

Description
Mark: I would still very much like the option to copy the conformances from a similar simulation - to me this is far more intuitive than loading all the forcings into the model>input definition, then copying it to the simulation and removing the few forcings that have changed. This could be added as a V1.1 function
