Description

If I want to specify a start and end date for the duration of a simulation I still have to provide a value for the length or I can not save the page. The questionnaire states that it should be either an end date or a length of time so you would expect a blank length of time to be a reasonable thing to save, particularly as a blank end date is OK. It will also be impossible to decide which to output to the CIM if both have values!
