Compile udunits lists for qn unit entries

Need to compile two lists from the five provided by UDUNITS to allow 2 dropdown menus in the qn upon filling out a 'units' instance. the second of these lists would be compiled from the four 'units' lists.

Attention!

The udunits list could not cover all the units used inside the model output data files. We have to take care that all units are synchronized between the ones we allow in the CIM schema, the ones which are used in the data files and the ones which are allowed on a Thredds data server (by the TDS XSD schema, there they are combined with mime types!).
