vocabulary for "coupling" input types

Description

At the moment the questionnaire uses the following vocabulary for input types

BoundaryCondition?, AncillaryFile?, InitialCondition?.

and the CIM uses the following vocabulary for the same concepts

boundaryCondition, forcing, initialForcing.

The CIM terms for these concepts can be found under DataPurpose? in the Shared package. We need to change them to the terms that are used in the questionnaire.

boundaryCondition -> BoundaryCondition?
forcing -> AncillaryFile?
initialForcing -> InitialCondition?
