The metafor project will need to play an active role in responding to questions about the questionnaire operation.

Organise an email address to send to people to provide support for the questionnaire.

Charlotte, Gerry, Marie-Pierre, Bryan, Rupert, Sarah (to coordinate) on list.

We may find that an internet forum is a more convenient method of providing user support. Most people who do software development are used to looking up issues on a forum. Also a forum will enable the users themselves to support each other.

A new board has been set up on the Metafor forum for the CMIP5 questionnaire. It needs to be populated with answers to faqs and I need to work out how to email a specific list of people when someone posts on it.

From a very quick look, it seems I can set people up as moderators. I'll give it a try and see what happens this week.
