Description
CERFACS
Model Tab: top model level: Component Attributes
The user does not know, a priori, what attributes to enter here. Users need to have entered information into the model sub-components before they know what information should be entered here. Need text to explain that users should enter information about the model attributes last.
The text should only appear at the top model level, I can work out what to write but Bryan needs to make sure it only appears at the top model level.

Component Attributes
We need to replace:
In this section enter parameters and attributes associated with this model.
with:
In this section enter parameters and attributes associated with this model. We advise that you enter this infomation after you have completed your model description.
Bryan, please implement this text so that it only appears at the top model level.

I added this text to the FAQ:
At the top model level you can enter information for attributes that are used throughout your model.
e.g.

g = 9.81 m s-2[/*]
pi = 3.14[/*]
You may find it makes more sense to enter these model level attributes after you have completed the model description.

Meaning of "component attributes" (or "general attributes") for top level components is not clear for me. Give an example of what could be a general component attribute of an oceanic/atmospheric model.
