capturing values for other

There is no way to capture a value for "other" on some drop down lists on the coupling page. My guess is that this is true in other places as well. For example, someone could choose other for the coupling type. This means that a: other must be a valid value in the vocabulary b: the value the user wanted to put in is lost.

I suspect the answer is that we can/will live with this as it stands, hence I've put it down as minor and made it an issue.
