From Guide:
Press campaigns / press releases relating to the project's achievements need to be planned for and tied to key milestones in the project (e.g. Beta release of code, successful verification or integration). The campaigns should target principally IT journalists and publications as well as IT correspondents of major publications (like The Economist, FT, Le Monde, Figaro, FAZ, Die Zeit, Sueddeutsche, information channels on IT on the web, etc).
