At project launch individual partners should target local media, schools or interest groups in their immediate geographical area with the "news" of their organisation's achievement (in being part of a "prestigious European consortium" and securing EU funding to be spent in the community for delivering "ground-breaking work in advancing ICTs", etc). This campaign, by definition, has to be in the local language of the immediate community each organisation is situated in.
