Description

The Files tab should be renamed to reflect the content that users are asked to submit.  I think a better name would be InputData.  See ticket #397 for context.

I still think files is exactly right (see my comment on ticket:397). I'm closing this as wontfix. Come in for a chat if you want to revisit it.
