we can't let this be a sub CMIP5 blocker but we do want it so I'm reducing the priority

This is a blocker but can happen after the submit to cmip5 button is activated

Would like this to be done before the EU review on May 6th

The viewer is hooked up to the questionnaire now. Currently it will operate off a simulation page. This needs to be developed further to operate off each of the different types of pages, but for now will give a view of everything that would go into a documentSet.
