I'm trying changing the assigned-to to see how I can report on 'my-tickets'. (Otherwise everything looks like it's assigned to the single user prism.)

OK, The default 'My Tickets' report will always show tickets for user 'prism'. I can do a custom report to pick up tickets assigned to 'selatham'. As we only have one user there is no drop-down list of people's names to pick from. How can we assign tickets to specific individuals reliably?

Think I'll start this as an actual ticket, not sure who to assign to!
