documenting and formalising the work started by Sylvia & Marie-Pierre on ensuring the terms used w/in the CIM are complete and suitable for both METAFOR & Curator.

Note that these definitions include both terms used within the structure of the CIM (for example, "ComponentType?") and terms used as part of a Controlled Vocabulary (for example, "Atmosphere" as one possible value of ComponentType?). The former will be embedded within the CONCIM. The latter can be embedded within the CONCIM for now, but in the long term they should be stored with the CV external to the CIM.
