o Marie-Pierre, Lois, Charlotte and Eric are to decide on a way to govern the mind maps for the controlled vocabulary, filling in the controlled vocabulary, rules for merging the maps etc. - due 20th Feb

Description : Rules for controlled vocabulary collection and maintenance:

  • Workflow from harvesting to versioning the software CV
  • Rules for writing/reading the freemind document (i.e. the mind map)

Harvesting of CV is done by interviewing scientists. Schedule of these interviews is given on ticket:198.

A presentation of the CV harvesting work and a flash version (html clickable) of the mind maps are available  here. This page can be sent the scientists to be interviewed or asked for reviewing.
