username on joomla but not trac

Description

Bug - if user logs on to Joomla then goes to trac - and does not have a trac user account, they get an option to change password and see home wiki page.

They should get a page that says no such user exists

Move of Metafor site to BADC now means that user needs to log in seperately to joomla and trac, so issue no longer valid.
